Scope of Work

Schoeman Sound are a Public Address Mobile Broadcaster, in other words, we broadcast using “speakers” and not via a frequency that can be received, interpreted and played by a radio.

We combine Pro-Audio Loudspeakers, Commercial Trumpet and Clear Horn Speakers, which we place over a large area. This ensures proper sound coverage of the festival / sport terrain.

We supply our OB Unit and equipment fully rigged with a producer, and if requested, a presenter / commentator.

The producer will ensure that music is played at all times. Presenters / Commentators will broadcast from the OB Unit. A cordless microphone can also be provided to enable presenters to move around freely on the terrain while commentating.

The producer will also be responsible to complete all necessary documentation as prescribed for by the South African Music Rights Organization (SAMRO).
